How it Works
1. Search for Your Event
Look for events happening near you on our website or the GatePass app. You'll see dates, venues, ticket prices, and event details clearly listed.
2. Pay Securely
Use Wave, AfriMoney, QMoney or card. All payments are protected. Prefer to use cash? Visit one of our GatePass agents.
3. Get Your QR Code Instantly
Once you've paid, your ticket is ready straight away. If you’ve downloaded the GatePass app, your QR code will be available there. You'll also receive it by email, and we can send it to you by WhatsApp. You can download it, save it, or forward it to someone else.
4. Show Your Ticket at the Gate
Scan your QR code on your phone at the entrance. That’s it — no paper, no wahala, just scan and enter.

Lost your ticket?
No problem — we can resend it. Just message us from the same phone number you used when booking, along with your full name.
Bought a ticket for someone else?
That’s fine — you can forward their QR code directly to them.
