All ticket sales through GatePass are final. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms set by the event organiser and by GatePass as the ticketing platform.
Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled by the organiser or in the event of significant event changes (e.g. change of headline act, venue, or date). Requests for refunds must be submitted within 5 working days of the cancellation announcement. GatePass does not guarantee refunds for dissatisfaction or no-shows.
GatePass is not liable for any changes to an event’s schedule, lineup, or venue. We recommend checking with the organiser for final event details.
Each ticket is issued as a unique QR code that will be scanned at entry. Duplicate or fake tickets will be rejected by the system. No refunds will be issued for denied entry due to tampered or invalid tickets.
Payments can be made securely via Wave, AfriMoney, QMoney, or debit/credit card. All transactions are processed through GatePass’s secure payment gateway.
