Refund and Returns Policy
1. GatePass is a ticketing platform, not the event organiser.
All tickets are sold on behalf of the event promoter. GatePass provides the technology to issue and verify tickets but does not manage the event itself.
2. All sales are final.
GatePass does not issue refunds under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend or wish to request a refund, you must contact the event promoter directly. Their contact details may be found on the event listing or confirmation message.
3. Event cancellations or changes
In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or significant change, the event promoter is solely responsible for determining and processing any refund. GatePass does not hold or distribute promoter funds and cannot process refunds on their behalf.
4. Ticket issues and duplicate scans
Each ticket issued via GatePass includes a unique QR code that can only be scanned once. GatePass is not responsible for lost, copied, resold, or stolen tickets. Entry will be denied for any duplicate scans or invalid codes.
5. Customer service and disputes
GatePass can assist with technical issues (e.g. ticket not received), but all disputes regarding entry, refunds, or event quality must be addressed with the event promoter.
